Good Neighbours RPG – Role Playing Game With Cultural Workers Unite
Anti-Gentrification School is a school in process, with a grassroots curriculum built for and by cultural workers, neighbours, students and residents, to collectively learn, unlearn, and develop clear tactics and strategies to resist gentrification within our communities.
Anti Gentrification School
The Anti-Gentrification School grew from Cultural Workers Unite, a worker-led collective that fosters intersectional solidarity amongst all precarious workers in cultural institutions in Rotterdam.

Good Neighbours Role Playing Game
During this workshop you will learn how to deal with the entanglement between the interests of your individual identity and group identity in the collective struggle against gentrification. This is achieved through the use of role-playing and the engagement of real stories as an artistic method. What does it mean to be a good neighbour in your role as a cultural worker, atelier association, community space, or as an artist?
The scenarios are based on real stories previously collected by the Anti-Gentrification School. Workshop participants are asked to bring their own stories, concerns, questions and experiences, so that we can together map and enquire into our own role(s) and responsibilities in the process of gentrification.
